Reiki for Animals

Reiki (Ray-Key) is a system of Enlightenment and a hands-on Healing process developed in the early 1900's by Mikao Usui in Japan. The word Reiki comes from two Japanese words - Rei and Ki, meaning universal life energy. The term "reiki" is used to describe both the energy and the Usui system of using it. Reiki energy has several basic effects: it brings about deep relaxation, opens energy blockages, supports the healing process, provides new vitality in the form of healing referred to as universal life energy.

Reiki is peaceful calming gentle energy which animals love and gravitate towards. It can be used as a stand alone healing process or it can be used along with other modalities.  In there healing sessions Rev. Parker and Shannon Winsky use Reiki for its calming and spiritual effects along with Touch Healing.
